Consensus

Get the whole network to agree. A new puzzle every day.

How to play
  1. Tap a node to flip it between teal and amber.
  2. The number on a node is its quorum: how many of its linked neighbors must share a color before it switches to that color.
  3. Solid links join nodes that agree; dashed links join nodes that disagree.
  4. After a tap, only the tapped node’s new color spreads. Neighbors that reach their quorum switch to it, then their neighbors, and so on; nothing switches the other way. A dot marks the nodes your last tap switched.
  5. Get the whole network to one color, either one, in as few taps as you can. Par is the best possible.
  6. One attempt a day, with no undo. A new puzzle arrives every day at 00:00 UTC.
  7. Controls: tap or click a node. With a keyboard, Tab to the board: arrow keys move between nodes, Enter or Space taps, and Home and End jump to the first and last node. On a touch screen, turn on Check links beside the color counts to see a node’s links without using a tap.

Why “Consensus”? Validators on the XRP Ledger agree on each new ledger version with validators they trust. This game borrows the idea as a theme only: points have no monetary value.
